COVID-19 RESPONSE
The CISA has listed pest management companies as essential businesses, and rightfully so.
As Pest Management Professionals we are appointed with the task of protecting the health and
property of the communities we serve. This not only applies to protecting them from unnecessary exposure to pesticides but also from the pests themselves.
Insects and rodents can be vectors of disease and pathogens. While at this time there is no proof that they carry or transmit the COVID-19 virus, keeping you healthy from other diseases and/or viruses is more important now than ever before. It just makes sense that the healthier you are the better you can fight off any illness.
Freedom Termite & Pest Control is doing our part to do just that while protecting our clients and employees by practicing social distancing and following all CDC protocols.
Beginning on March 23rd and until further notice, we will no longer be performing interior
pest control services. This includes interior inspections of bath accesses for our termite clients.
Because the majority of insects that infest your home come from the outside it is important to keep up with your exterior pest control services.
Interior treatments and inspections will be done on a case by case basis. When required to go
inside we will be keeping a 6 foot distance from anyone while wearing protective gloves, boots
and masks.
Please forgive us if we do not shake your hand or give you a hug. While this will seem unnatural
to us it will be worth it for the safety of all concerned.
Once it is deemed safe to discontinue social distancing we will schedule all interior pest control
and interior termite inspections.
Termite clients will still be required to pay their termite renewals on time to keep their contracts current.
New clients will be consulted via phone to determine if an on site visit is required prior to
performing any service. If an on site visit is required we will follow the protocols listed above.
We want everyone to know that we are here, open for business, ready and willing to protect your health and property.
